ALL ON 6
All On 6 - technology and durability

All-on-6 technology revolutionizes dental prosthetics by providing a comprehensive solution for patients with complete or partial tooth loss. This innovative method involves strategically placing four dental implants in the jaw to support a full set of teeth, combining stability and functionality. Known for its efficiency and quicker recovery, All-on-4 has become a widely adopted and reliable approach to restoring a natural-looking and functional smile.

Who is a suitable candidate for the All-on-6 method?
  • Complete absence of teeth in one or both jaws for an extended period;
  • Partial edentulism (when extraction becomes the most optimal solution to the problem);
  • Intolerance to removable dentures;
  • Desire to replace a denture relying on the gums (to restore the comfort of natural teeth, normalize speech, tactile, and taste sensations);
  • Contraindications to bone grafting or the impossibility of its implementation due to financial constraint

How do the Preparation and Stages of the "All-on-6" Look Like?
  • Medical consultation with an orthopedist and an implantologist surgeon;
  • Computer scanning of the oral cavity;
  • Making jaw molds and choosing locations for implantation;
  • 3D modeling;
  • Preoperative diagnostics (assessment of the overall health);
  • Development of a treatment plan and its approval with the patient.

All-on-6 implantation is performed under sedation or local anesthesia. In the first stage, using a 3D model template, the surgeon implants the implants through small incisions in the gums. Then, self-absorbing material stitches are applied to them. If tooth extraction is necessary, it is done immediately before implantation.
The final stage involves the placement of an adaptation prosthesis consisting of 10-12 crowns. The procedure is carried out on the day of the operation or within 24 hours after its completion. After the complete integration of the artificial root, the temporary structure is replaced with a permanent one.
